HP Hewlett Packard Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One C 310 a : Never a glitch in a couple of years plus.

I bought this printer around 10 years ago and up until recently it has been amazing. I studied ba contemporary photographic practice and regularly used it to print on top quality fine art photo papers, which it did with ease. My photos looked professional and of extremely high quality. The only downside is now i cannot get a printer capable of such high quality for the price i paid for this. Hp don’t actually do a printer in the photosmart range capable of the 9600×2400 resolution now.

Never a glitch in a couple of years plus. . Really hard to connect with all these negative reviews. I bought one for the office a few years ago when they first came out and it hasn’t put a foot wrong since i got it. Connected up instantly as per instructions. Still churns out the pages on wifi or on eprint with utter reliability. I did try replacement cartridges and gave that up as a bad job. The paper stopper on the out tray broke early on. I was a bit rough with it and it was a bit flimsy.

So far so good – easy set-up, good results & decent value for money. Bought in hp’s clearance sale (at around a third of the price quoted here) to replace an earlier photosmart printer, my first impressions were how easy the c310a was to install. The wireless handshake was established effortlessly and, within a few minutes, i was able to print from my pc, touchpad tablet and i-pod touch. Photos look exceptional and my spreadsheets and other docs are turned out quickly and reliably. Double-sided printing – an unusual feature in a printer at this price, works very well too. The printer comes bundled with a load of bloatware, which i probably won’t make much use of but, if you like bells and whistles, they’re here in abundance. The touch-screen, which looks rather like a slightly stretched i-phone, is very responsive and a pleasure to use. A4 and photo blanks are easily loaded and i haven’t experienced any jams or misfeeds. Only downside is the ink levels dropping rather rapidly, but i guess that’s pretty well par for the course with any printer these days.

Hp all in one premium e printer. Having researched various all in one printers, i decided to opt for a hp e printer, very easy to set up. Have been using for over a week and have to say it’s so easy to use whether you want to scan, copy , print and the quality is superb. Great price on amazon for a cracking printer, also the build quality is second to none.

Reviews from purchasers :

  • Never a glitch in a couple of years plus.
  • pity they stopped making these.
  • Got much better over time

Pity they stopped making these. . Having one of these myself i picked up this last one as a gift for my daughter. Very good quality, prints off photo’s, wireless connection is amongst the best i have every had from hp and it scansrather well. On top of this you can get xl cartridges which last much longer and are cheaper, so was very happy to hand this off as a gift. Delivered much faster than expected.

Has just passed the 25,000 page printed mark and is still going strong.

After reading lots of negative reviews i feel this printer is a bit hard done by. I agree that when i first got this printer over a year ago it’s connectivity with my laptop was virtually impossible, once you tried to print something, you had to turn off the computer then back on for it to connect and print. Over time with a couple of updates it’s almost perfect, especially with the app on my phone. I remember the advert on tv a while back showing what it could do. . Well now it does all that. Sometimes it’s difficult to open the program on my laptop as it keeps force closing and that’s why i’ve dropped it one star. The ink could last longer but it’s much cheaper than other makes i’ve owned. Yes it has gimmicks one the touch screen which i read someone slating it but you don’t have to use it, in fact i almost never touch the screeni did think my lexmark x7675 was good but i much prefer my hp and when it eventually fails me i’ll be buying another.
